Position Summary:

The Warehouse Service Department is expanding, and we are in search of motivated individuals to support our operations in Bluffdale, UT. As part of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in meeting the increasing demand. Successful candidates will be responsible for repairing both new and used hot tubs and swim spas. Experience in electrical systems, plumbing, and other hot tub-related skills is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to written instructions meticulously.
  • Utilize general hand tools for various tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of spas, both inside and out.
  • Install aftermarket accessories as required.
  • Ensure all spas have the necessary documentation for quality assurance.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing local spas for sale.
  • Load and unload show spas and point-of-sale materials.
  • Perform minor maintenance on trailers.
  • Support the Warranty team as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team when required.
  • Conduct both major and minor spa repairs.
  • Work alongside the local delivery team as necessary.
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret common customer information.
  • Proficient in reading service manuals.
  • Effective communication skills with management and customers.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to push or pull weights ranging from 50-115 lbs without difficulty.
  • Must complete a forklift operations training program.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in pool and spa repairs.
  • Background in electrical systems.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able to work in elevated temperatures.
Additional Information:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Travel: Not applicable
  • Work Location: Bluffdale, UT
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Retail Service and Delivery Manager
  • Benefits: Low deductibles and out-of-pocket premiums, effective after 30 days
