Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced sales leader who can drive results, provide excellent customer service, and oversee the operational functioning of our store. As a Retail Sales Director, you'll be responsible for setting goals, driving revenue, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
- Drive Results: Know all aspects of store business and metrics; set goals in absence of store manager; drive revenue; maintain high level of customer service
- Customer Service and Product Knowledge: Proactively engage customers; build relationships; share product knowledge
- Operational Excellence: Ensure selling floor and backroom are clean and orderly; follow procedures; keep accurate records
- Merchandising: Utilize company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions
- Training and Performance: Assist in onboarding new employees; provide customer service and operations training

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
- Effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with technology required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
