About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting customers with locating merchandise, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greet, and assist customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including bins and shelves
  • Assist with daily cleaning responsibilities, such as sweeping and mopping floors
  • Ensure store displays are visually appealing and merchandised effectively
  • Assist customers with understanding store shopping procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds with a team lift
  • Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level

Estimated Salary: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
