  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments to continuously improve maintenance and repair processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including PLCs, VSDs, and industrial controls.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
