Overview

SolTech is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a new native mobile application that will be used company-wide.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a new mobile native application for iOS and Android platforms using the Microsoft Maui framework.
  • Develop scalable and maintainable code structures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and responsiveness, identifying and addressing performance issues.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements, develop features, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Greenfield mobile application development.
  • Extensive experience with Xamarin, including Xamarin.Forms and Xamarin.iOS/Xamarin.Android.
  • Familiarity with.NET MAUI is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite two days a week in the Duluth, GA office.
