Job Title: Mobile Department Lead

MarketSource, a leading provider of managed sales solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Department Lead to join our team. As a Mobile Department Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within our partner's national retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within Client's retail locations on various products and services to customers
  • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates to grow the retailer's sales performance and other key metrics
  • Train new team members and help them improve their skills and product knowledge
  • Manage in-store promotions and coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure successful events
  • Position Client's value by creating best-in-class customer experiences and representing Client and MarketSource in a professional manner at all times
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
  • 2+ years training, sales, retail management or related experience required
  • Prior wireless or electronics retail management preferred
  • Proficiency with technology – data gathering and basic computer use
