  • Customer advocacy with a strong focus on customer needs and behaviors driving new products and experiences.
  • Compelling storytelling with experience communicating strategies and ideas to engineers, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in articulating strategy and actions to key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), with SAFe and Kanban certification a plus.
