Job Description

This role involves direct patient care, where you will spend most of your day interacting with patients, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and setting up hemodialysis machines.

You will also be responsible for educating patients on kidney disease-related topics and building long-term relationships with patients who require end-stage renal disease treatment. Our PCTs care for multiple patients and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 per year

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable working around blood and needles, and possess basic computer skills.
