Route Sales Supervisor

As a Route Sales Supervisor at Frank Group, you will oversee a team of Route Sales Representatives to ensure compliance with policies and Federal DOT guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and motivating associates to achieve optimal performance and excellence in service to supermarket accounts.
- Recruiting and hiring associates for assigned regions in coordination with the recruiting department.
- Communicating performance standards and recognizing individual and team accomplishments.
- Ensuring Company standard and safety practices are followed.
- Reviewing and approving travel and expense activities and timekeeping/payroll data for direct reports.
- Maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness in DSD operations.
- Developing and sustaining positive relationships with chain operations personnel to expand distribution and enhance customer relations.
- Implementing pricing strategies and ensuring all products are sold to appropriate accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years' experience in Direct Store Delivery or 5+ in Grocery or Retail.
- Demonstrate positive leadership with 3+ prior supervisory experience.
- Prefer valid CDL Class B license.
