Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at RightWorks. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and running ABA programs. You will also provide field supervision to behavior technicians, write performance evaluations, and complete progress reports and treatment plans.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
  • BCBA Certification
  • 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
