We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses the skills, enthusiasm, and energy to contribute meaningfully.


Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

  • This is a full-time role with flexibility for remote and on-site work. The successful candidate will need to find an optimal balance, with an expectation of being on-site as necessary to ensure smooth project operations. Candidates should ideally reside within an hour of our facility.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration across all business functions to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in client facility visits as required.
  • Act as a customer advocate, addressing product concerns as they arise.

Project Management:

  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee all stages of project execution, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their branding requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, installers, and vendors, to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Encourage a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
  • Ensure the quality of all signage meets company standards.
  • Identify potential project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Review architectural and construction drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate client approval processes for site-specific drawings and project estimates.
  • Manage proposals, contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Implement action plans and change orders as necessary to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Negotiate installation costs to maintain project profitability.
  • Monitor job cost overruns and variances against budgeted figures.

Billing and Invoicing:

  • Collaborate with management to ensure timely invoicing of completed projects.
  • Review and approve incoming invoices from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Assist in resolving accounts receivable discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly billing reports to track project financials.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction, signage, or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Asana and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SignAgent and/or Mothernode is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally as project demands dictate.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
