Key Responsibilities- Perform and evaluate laboratory tests, including blood and tissue analysis, to diagnose and monitor fertility-related conditions.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of work.
- Evaluate test results for clinical significance and validity, and report findings to healthcare professionals.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Provide training and technical assistance to laboratory staff, including medical laboratory technicians and phlebotomists.
- Assist in the development of education and training protocols for laboratory staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve the quality and efficiency of laboratory procedures and policies.
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification issued by the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or related field.
- 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in reproductive endocrinology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
