We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at the Fertility Clinic in Green Bay. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of fertility-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and evaluate laboratory tests, including blood and tissue analysis, to diagnose and monitor fertility-related conditions.
  • Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Evaluate test results for clinical significance and validity, and report findings to healthcare professionals.
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to laboratory staff, including medical laboratory technicians and phlebotomists.
  • Assist in the development of education and training protocols for laboratory staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve the quality and efficiency of laboratory procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification issued by the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in reproductive endocrinology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
