Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience in-store.
  • Sales Growth: Focus on full-price selling, while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company and management team.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals, and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills; strong communication skills; excellent time management skills; and proficiency in math and computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
