Job Summary:

A Cardiovascular Technologist plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders. This position involves conducting invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment of heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders
  • Operate x-ray and physiological equipment
  • Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Maintain equipment and records test results
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • One year's catheterization experience (preferred)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Radiography (ARRT-R) certification
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) certification in the state of practice
  • Current Fluoroscopy license
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
