Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Case Management Specialist, your role will involve:
- Providing essential services and support to adults facing serious mental health challenges alongside substance use disorders.
- Facilitating access to necessary psychiatric, medical, social, educational, and vocational resources.
- Ensuring all clinical documentation aligns with company protocols.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in case management, specifically with the co-occurring population.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related discipline.
- Certifications: BLS certification is mandatory.
- Background: A clean DMV record is required.
- Skills: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, along with being dependable, quick to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
While not required, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- QMHP-A certification.
