About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Solaris Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the object planning of traffic facilities with a focus on cycling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for cycling infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of project requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic System Management, Traffic Planning, Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Environmental Planning, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in road planning with a focus on cycling infrastructure, including concept development and plan implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD software and basic programming skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German language, both written and spoken.
