Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee civil engineering and outdoor facilities projects for Apex Ventures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and minimize costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably in civil engineering and outdoor facilities projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
