Job Description

Tri State Restorations, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to client emergencies in a timely and professional manner, utilizing IICRC standard operating procedures to clean, mitigate and restore our client's property after a water, fire or sewage loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize IICRC standard operating procedures to clean, mitigate and restore our client's property after a water, fire or sewage loss.
  • Perform cleaning & disinfection services according to industry standard.
  • Perform Lead Abatement services following EPA procedures and protocol.
  • Participate in 24/7 on call emergency service schedule rotation.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2 years (minimum) qualified experience in the field of disaster recovery and/or construction.
  • Must be able to use Company's job management system on iPad or phone.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Bonus: Proficient in water mitigation protocol and visual inspection best practices.
  • Bonus: Holds Industry certifications from IICRC & RIA (WRT, AMRT, CR, CCT, FSRT, TCST, CPT, OCT, ASD).
  • Bonus: Currently maintains EPA Lead Renovator certification.
