Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, maintain, and reconcile assigned resident A/R accounts in applicable software.
  • Analyze and submit billing of all payers according to company-established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with facility teams and billing team to confirm accuracy of census and ancillary items.
  • Perform timely and accurate payer verifications.
  • Reconcile, coordinate month-end close, and submission of all month-end reports for assigned facilities.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a business office environment, preferably healthcare-oriented.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
