Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at our South Miami, FL clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for collecting patient information, issuing medical files, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and verify patient demographic and personal information
  • Issue medical files to authorized personnel and agencies
  • Assist with departmental audits and investigations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with TOI procedures
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information
  • File and manage patient medical records
  • Provide administrative support to the nursing department
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology and administrative processes
  • Proficient in information management systems and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $17-$19 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
