The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Electrical Journeyman to join our team in New Mexico. As a key member of our solar electrical projects, you will be responsible for providing leadership and training to our team members, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of electrical work. If you have a strong background in industrial electrical experience and a passion for safety, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
  • Utilize hand and power tools after proper training
  • Perform DC and MV wire pulls, terminations, and energizations
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces
  • Mentor and train team members
Qualifications
  • Electrical Journeyman License (EE-98J or EL-1J)
  • 4+ years of electrical experience (industrial preferred)
  • Knowledge of HV/MV/LV AC/DC systems
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
