Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrology Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment options, disease management, and self-care techniques, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
  • Coordinate Care: Work closely with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, ordering lab tests, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor patients' progress, evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
