Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Coordinator to join our school leadership team. The successful candidate will oversee the preschool teaching team, implement curriculum that aligns with the Montessori Method and Wisconsin licensing standards, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee lead and assistant teachers of students 12 months- 3 years
  • Observe and review teachers to ensure they are curating a safe and nurturing environment
  • Review curriculum implementation and request changes as needed
  • Communicate with parents through school-wide communications
  • Maintain a safe and collaborative school atmosphere
  • Act as a good role model in attitude, speech, and actions
  • Assist with daily school duties to maintain parent relationships
  • Lead in-service days and staff meetings
  • Assist with student behaviors and lead parent meetings
  • Visit and monitor studio success
  • Determine continuing education needs of staff
  • Maintain staff and student files
  • Coordinate and lead community events
  • Attend administrative meetings
  • Schedule staffing and cover shifts when necessary
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required)
  • 2 years of ECE experience (Required)
