Job Summary

iT1, a leading national technology solutions provider, is seeking a motivated Azure Cloud Engineer to join our NOC team.

This is a testament to the great team and culture we have here at iT1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and engage with customers to build and execute images and technologies.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in adherence to iT1 standards.
  • Travel 75% or more of the time to client sites to execute specific project requests.
  • Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed reports.
  • Work with the Project Manager and senior engineers to execute projects based on priorities, goals, and objectives.
  • Take lead on executing day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Provide notification to Professional Services management team when issues are ongoing and impacting end users.
  • Document all client issues and escalate to the Project Manager.
  • Create documentation as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years IT experience.
  • Knowledge of workstation deployment and PC applications desired.
  • Experience and knowledge of Ekahau software application and conducting wireless assessments.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of MS Active Directory.
  • Experience and knowledge of Virtualization technology.
  • Experience and knowledge of conference room solution installation and configuration.
  • Experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure and server technology.
  • Experience and knowledge with routers, switches, firewalls, and many other network devices.
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
  • MCSE/MCSA/MCP, A+ and/or Network+ are desirable.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment based on customer scheduling requirements.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment with proven multitasking skills and focus on details and accuracy.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
