Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the integration, deployment, and operation of cloud services, specifically Azure and OCI Cloud.
  • Oversee and implement robust cyber security measures to protect the organization's data and technology assets.
  • Oversee daily IT operations to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the organization's technology infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions for all IT systems, including cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Work closely with user management for the provisioning and delivery of technology services.
  • Collaborate with the Information Services organization on the planning, implementation, and operation of technology infrastructure.
  • Develop long-range plans and technology direction, incorporating cloud and security strategies.
  • Collaborate with Information Systems Development managers and organizations in planning for infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain direct working relationships with all technology vendors.
  • Direct all aspects of the Information Technology department, ensuring alignment with cloud and security strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients by understanding and managing expectations for timeliness, accuracy, reliability, and cost.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Information Technology Operations Management.
  • Experience with Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and VMWare.
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery and CyberSecurity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a hybrid/remote position that requires at least two to three days in the office and/or based on business need.
