About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Hotel Operations Director to join our team at Courtyard Speedway. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in leading and inspiring the team to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and service standards
- Handle guest complaints and oversee the service recovery process
- Manage budget and ensure revenue and guest satisfaction goals are met
- Develop short-term and long-term strategic goals for performance improvement
To succeed as a Hotel Operations Director at Courtyard Speedway, you should possess:
