Chief Nursing Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing department at Brickyard Healthcare, ensuring high-quality care that meets company and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating operations, and taking charge of daily functions in the absence of the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, preferably in long-term care or acute care settings. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
• Maintain quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards.
• Assume responsibilities of daily operations in the absence of Executive Director.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification
• One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
