Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current Pennsylvania license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
- 2 years recent experience in relevant level and specialty
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. as needed per specialty
