Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
  • 2 years recent experience in relevant level and specialty
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. as needed per specialty
