Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the warehouse operations, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other business functions.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
  • Certifications in supply chain management or a related field.
