Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the development, testing, and fielding of complex military equipment. The successful candidate will design, develop, and evaluate electronic and electrical systems and components, utilizing advanced modeling and analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronic and electrical systems and components
  • Utilize advanced modeling and analysis tools to develop product specifications and technical data packages
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities and technologies
  • Work under general direction of a project engineering lead to perform electrical system design
  • Provide detailed engineering analysis of components, subsystems, and systems for military product application
Requirements:
  • 3+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or 2+ years relevant experience with a master's degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience with analog and digital circuit design and analysis
  • Experience developing technical documentation, such as drawings, reports, and technical analysis
  • Ability to perform circuit simulation (PSpice or LTspice)
  • Ability to solve moderately complex technical design and development problems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with engineering design of wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for military systems
  • Experience with integrating Field Programmable Gate Arrays and development of electronic control logic
  • Experience with developing and integrating power generation, conversion, and storage solutions
  • Experience in the development and integration of ammunition handling/loading systems
  • Familiarity with relevant military and commercial design standards
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice, LabVIEW, and computer programming languages
