Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Barista to join our team at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, including the coffee cart and tables.
  • Input orders into the cash register system and collect payment from customers.
  • Take orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages.
  • Ensure that appliances, such as coffee makers, are turned on and off at the appropriate times.
  • Bus coffee cart areas and tables, and clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day.
  • Obtain change required for expected business levels and count the bank at the end of the shift.
  • Complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
