Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a professional advocate for patients, ensuring the delivery of quality, safe, and compassionate care.
- Provide nursing care to residents in the Health Care Center, including assessment, planning, implementation, and reevaluation of care needs.
- Supervise and guide Certified Nurse Assistants in their duties.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations at all levels.
- Participate in daily rounds and assist with the admission process for new residents.
- Respond to resident needs and concerns, maintaining their rights and dignity.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established nursing protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment that respects the individuality of each resident.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
