Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our fundraising efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing a comprehensive investor development strategy aimed at achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative strategies to attract and secure funding for new business initiatives.
  • Expand the current investor network by prioritizing and nurturing key relationships.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the firm and both existing and potential investors.
  • Identify high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) prospects and cultivate meaningful connections.
  • Develop marketing and branding collateral, ensuring compliance with all legal standards while leveraging graphic design and web design skills.
  • Coordinate public relations and media outreach efforts, both internally and through external agencies.
  • Manage the firm's investor technology platform, including the Investor Portal, while supporting search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree coupled with 8-15 years of experience in real estate investments. Established relationships with accredited high-net-worth and family office investors are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with sophisticated investors in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in multifamily assets is preferred.
  • A tech-savvy individual, familiar with standard technology platforms and office software, with specific experience in investor technology platforms such as Juniper Square being beneficial.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive base salary complemented by bonus potential linked to the capital raised for future investments, with a target salary range of $150,000 to $225,000.
