Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize Civil 3D and other design software to create high-quality designs and plans.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Set goals and objectives for team members, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Land Development and Site Design.
  • Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, local codes and regulations, and project management principles.
