About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing innovative structural solutions for a variety of projects, including new construction and enhancements to existing buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our design team and construction teams to develop structural solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop designs, calculations, and structural models using a combination of hand calculations, in-house spreadsheets, and structural analysis software.
  • Prepare structural reports, special studies, and construction drawings for different project types.
  • Engage in the entire project process from start to finish, including developing proposals and closing out projects.
  • Perform periodic site visits during construction and prepare written field reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design and construction document preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software, including RAM Structural System and RAM Elements.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
