Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Actively greet and engage with customers in the service areas and on the sales floor to provide a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Store Operations: Support the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
  • Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags following register best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
  • Health and Safety: Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation, ensuring the safety and security of yourself, colleagues, and customers at all times.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
