We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX.

This is a 6-month contract position that offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to work with a variety of data analysis tools and techniques.

The successful candidate will have experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating regular performance reports for key stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and the iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
  • Familiarity with the Pay ecosystem, including Card, Cash, and adjacent products
  • Experience working with contact centers is a plus

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
