  • Financial Forecasting: Develop and update comprehensive financial forecasts based on project progress, changes in scope, schedule, and resource allocation, anticipating and communicating potential financial risks and opportunities.
  • Project Health Dashboards: Monitor project health dashboards, raising risks and issues to portfolio managers and project managers, ensuring that PPM tools contain accurate data.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate the renewal of IT licenses, subscriptions, and contracts, maintaining statements of work (SOW) and purchase orders (PO) to track vendor commitments and invoice receipt.
  • Financial Policy and Compliance: Partner with project and portfolio managers to ensure that projects adhere to financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards for IT projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience managing projects with an emphasis on cost management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP, SRM, PowerBI, and Clarity PPM.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders.
