POSITION OVERVIEW
The Licensed Practical Nurse II, operating under the general oversight of the Clinical Coordinator, healthcare providers, and Office Supervisor, is tasked with delivering exceptional patient care. This role emphasizes accessibility to patients, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, and fostering a collaborative environment with fellow staff members.
The LPN II is expected to uphold professionalism and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of an accredited Professional Nursing Education Program is required. A valid LPN license to practice nursing in the State of Vermont is mandatory. BLS certification is preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A minimum of one to three years of experience in hospital or office nursing is preferred.
This position is part of a bargaining union.
