We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Village at Northrise in Las Cruces, NM. As a LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
We offer a competitive salary range of $22-$30 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K, and paid time off. We also offer several voluntary insurances, such as pet insurance, term and whole life insurance, short-term disability, hospital indemnity, personal accident, critical illness, and cancer coverage.
