Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with YesCare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a correctional healthcare setting. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the assessment of the health status of patients
• Participate in the development and modification of a patient's plan of care
• Perform delegated tasks, activities, and functions consistent with prior educational preparation and within scope of practice
• Provide direct basic care to assigned multiple clients within the structure of the healthcare program
• Provide safe and effective nursing care and assume responsibility for the care delivered
• Implement patient education based on established teaching plans
• Utilize a problem-solving approach as the basis for decision-making
