**Responsibilities:**

  • Patient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations to optimize provider time and patient care.
  • Medical Records Management: Collect, organize, and maintain patient medical records, ensuring accurate and prompt completion of paperwork.
  • Office Operations: Assist with data entry, faxing, copying, and responding to patient requests.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred. Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems, is also essential.

**Salary Range:** $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional growth.
