This pivotal role encompasses the organization and management of a variety of events, including festivals and local markets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for crafting marketing initiatives, establishing connections, conducting sales outreach, and executing social media strategies aimed at attracting private event opportunities.

The ideal applicant should possess a strong sense of self-motivation, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding organizational abilities, complemented by excellent communication skills. Prior experience in event management is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly address inquiries related to private events.
  • Oversee event logistics, including layout, seating arrangements, decorations, lighting, and entertainment.
  • Collaborate with catering services and personnel to fulfill event requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive event timelines and delineate staff responsibilities.
  • Create promotional materials such as flyers, menu cards, and signage.
  • Manage the event calendar and track profitability metrics.
