What is the remuneration for this position?

$16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The Guest Room Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service at our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring cleanliness and comfort in all assigned guest rooms and public spaces
  • Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their stay
  • Maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality
  • Addressing guest concerns and reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor

What qualifications and skills are required?

  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest service
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team
  • Dependability and flexibility in work schedules
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, and climb stairs, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
