What You'll Do

As a Prep Cook, you will prepare menu items for dining room service while working efficiently with standardized recipes and presentations. Your duties will include sanitizing work areas, ensuring all equipment is clean, following and completing prep lists each day, using standard recipes and presentations, and preparing prep lists for the following shift.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of proper and up-to-date food handling and health requirements, and kitchen experience.
