Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile work environment. This role involves the design, development, and resolution of issues related to Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including JEE, SOA 12C, OAG 12c, B2B 12C, BAM 12C, Web Service Security, BPEL, XML, XSLT, AXWAY, and XQuery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all technical initiatives and adhere to established processes to align with the approved Agile methodology, including the deployment of patches and upgrades.
- Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts to analyze requirements, break them down into user stories, draft acceptance criteria, and showcase solutions.
- Evaluate Change Requests and provide estimates of effort required.
- Optimize and fine-tune related code and system configurations.
- Deliver comprehensive deployment instructions for successful code migration and rollback.
- Offer technical support during release testing phases.
- Facilitate meetings with production owners and oversee the analysis through design and development stages.
- Provide updates on related deliverables as necessary.
- Review technical design documentation and conduct code reviews to enhance understanding of various component functionalities.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Ensure all deliverables are produced with high quality and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors on service requests as required.
- Perform impact assessments for product updates released periodically by vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including JEE, SOA 12C, OAG 11g, B2B 12C, BAM 12C, Web Service Security, XML, XSLT, and XQuery.
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies SOA 12C, OAG 12c, BPEL, AXWAY, B2B 12C, and BAM 12C.
- Expertise in integrating Oracle SOA 12c with Oracle EBS R12.
- Experience with SOAP UI and POSTMAN.
- Skilled in developing SOAP web services and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Oracle Linux environments and shell scripting, as well as PL/SQL and Oracle EBS Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with OAF, ADF, and JSF frameworks.
- Knowledge of Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.
- Experience in OCI environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control systems.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Clearance Requirements:
- Public Trust/Secret/Top-Secret clearance may be required.
