Key Responsibilities- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our CRM system, ensuring seamless database management and workflow optimization.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to Guldmann employees on our CRM platform, CREO, and troubleshoot user issues.
- Collaborate with our CRM vendor to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation on technical procedures, FAQs, and common resolutions related to digital solution sales.
- Manage inventory of licenses for CRM and Guldmann digital solutions in the US market.
- Stay up-to-date on Guldmann's clinical digital developments and enhancements, communicating key information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with our product IT software development team to roll out new software upgrades.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects, showcasing the latest digital releases and solutions.
- Provide product support for Guldmann software, including new releases and upgrades.
- Build strong relationships with clients by presenting and integrating Guldmann digital solutions on their existing platforms.
- Minimum of an associate's degree in information technology with certifications in Microsoft operating systems, cloud technology, and network protocol.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed (15-25% within the USA).
- CRM software knowledge and Microsoft 365 support expertise.
