The pay information provided offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications, but it does not encompass all the elements that contribute to your total compensation package.
Our 30-bed unit, White 6, specializes in orthopaedics and oral maxillofacial/medical care. We cater to patients undergoing elective total joint replacement, trauma, and orthopedic oncology. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care, and we prioritize patient-centered care. We have a participatory management philosophy, where all staff members are included in decision-making processes that affect the unit. We also have a strong resource nurse role that facilitates and coordinates care on a day-to-day basis.
We offer a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, and a subsidized MBTA pass. We also provide resources for childcare and emergency backup care, as well as a hospital-paid retirement plan and tax-sheltered annuity plan. BSN preferred. Current Massachusetts RN license required. Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience required.
