Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team at Collabera. This is a contingent support role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and administering electronic controlled quality records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes receiving and coordinating requests for processing and approval of engineering design documents in a controlled product lifecycle management system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic document control systems, engineering documents, and change control processes. Proficiency in software tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat is also essential.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and effectively with various quality and engineering functions. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of administrative or medical device industry experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and coordinate requests for processing and approval of engineering design documents
  • Complete assigned tasks by monitoring progress and performing follow-up activities
  • Evaluate engineering documentation supporting identified projects
  • Resolve document control issues and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance to site level policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and proficiency of electronic document control systems
  • Knowledge of engineering documents and change control processes
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
